What is NEMT?

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services provide transportation for individuals requiring medical care who are not in an immediate life-threatening situation. This includes transportation to appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, and more. It’s not only a business but a service to the community and our industry partners to ensure patients have access to safe, reliable transportation.

Are your drivers first aid certified?

YES!

Our drivers are First Aid/CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross & The National Health & Safety Association. They also have a clean, valid state of Wisconsin Divers License.

Do your drivers have completed background checks?

Yes!

Our team members must undergo a DOJ & FBI background check, as well as undergo a state & national sex offender registry screening. In addition, they must pass employment drug and alcohol screening as required by law.

Are you drivers required to have any other training?

Of course! Our drivers have completed wheelchair securement training. They are also required to have “PASS” (passenger assistance safety and serenity) basic training through the CTAA (community transpiration of America)

What is your P&P for running late?

Being prompt & on time is absolutely a priority for us. However, things can happen, to that end, we pride ourselves on having exemptlatory communication. You can expect a call to the POC that is listed on your ride request form promptly to advise of any schedule changes.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my ride?

48-72 hours in advance is preferred and will secure our best rate.

Things to happen and change often, if you find yourself in a pinch and need a ride, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do what we can to accomodate the request. Please be flexible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Cash.

*We may be able to arrange invoicing if needed.

What do we need to know about a “silent concert activity”?

You can relax knowing that our partner has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. All audio is fed through wireless transmitters to noise cancelling headphones with independent volume controls that can be adjusted to a comfortable volume as needed.

Are there any concerns that need to be considered?

Wireless transmitters do send out electro-magnetic signals. As a result, please notify anyone that may have a pacemakers or any human body ancillary instrument in the area so they can make a private, informed decision to participate.

Specifications include: Low 90mA/ High 300mA, Frequency 863 MHZ-915MHZ. Approximate distance is 500+/- from transmitters.
